Saudi Re was successful in appointing internationally-renowned scholars, who have the knowledge and exposure to the insurance and reinsurance industry. The members of the Sharia Board are; Shiekh Dr. Abdulsattar Abu Ghuddah, Sheikh Dr. Mohamed Ali Elgari, and Sheikh Yousef  Al-Farraj.
